- Step 1: Upload your photo on our website and/or send it to us via e-mail at [email protected], choose your desired size for the painting (small, medium, large or a custom size built if you want that) and add in comments if you want something extra to be done (background changed etc.)
- Step 2: We notify you by e-mail as soon as we start the process of painting for you. You will have our full support and updates regularly via e-mail so that if u want to change anything on the way, you can let us know.
- Step 3: As soon as we finish the painting, we send you a photo of it for your approval. If you don’t like it/have any changes that have to be done, let us know here and we will have them done.
- Step 4: We frame the painting (If you ordered a framed painting), pack it up taking extra care that it doesn’t get damaged on its way to you and then ship it to your doorstep.
