PortraitFlip is an eCommerce that provides a service to convert your Photos into 100% Handmade Paintings. These paintings are created by real artists from across the world.
PortraitFlip has a range of services. We offer services like combining characters from different photos, black and white photos to color paintings, background change and other customizations.
PortraitFlip offers a range of six mediums – Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Charcoal, Pencil and Color Pencil.
We offer two delivery options:
- Free Delivery Service: 24-26 days. No additional charges for deliver Pan-India.
- Express Service: 14-16 days. Costs additional 20% of your order value.
*Please note that the delivery is based on when you approve the order.
You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You can follow the tracking link to check the transit of your artwork.
In case your order is stuck in transit, you can write an e-mail at email@example.com and we will try to escalate the process. However, if your artwork is stuck in the customs, most likely it takes two additional days to progress.
In case of damage or loss of your artwork during shipping, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have a new artwork repainted for you to reach you on priority.
The starting price at PortraitFlip for Handmade Painting is ₹1900 but it also depends on the size, medium and number of characters. To be precise check our Pricing Page.
All our customizations and modifications are free of cost.
No, we do not provide cash on delivery.
You can pay for the second half once you have received the preview of the final painting and approved it.
The smallest canvas size that we offer is 8×8.
Yes, you can order a custom size. To do this, email your size preferences at email@example.com
Due to the heaviness of the file size or format, chances are that you might not be able to upload your photo. No worries, you can place the order by uploading any image and emailing the rest of the photos at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number.
Yes, we only begin the shipping process after you have previewed and approved the final painting.
There is no limit to the number of characters but you can only select up to 5 characters on the website. You can place the order by writing to us at email@example.com if it involves more than 5 characters.
Yes, with our Merge Photos Service one can get a painting made by combining subjects from different photos.
We provide unlimited free revisions during both the photo editing and painting stages. If you do not like the painting, we will revise it for you until it matches your vision.
Yes, you can choose a different background for your painting. You can either attach your choice of the background while placing the order, choose from the options we have or let us know the kind of background you would like to use and we will have it painted.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose an artist. Nonetheless, we make sure that your artwork goes to an artist that is a master in the medium.
Our artists do not sign the painting. However, if you want, we can have it signed as a special request for you. Just let us know in the suggestion box and It will be done.
You can convey the changes to the artist by simply replying to the same email thread where you received the preview. We will have each bit of your suggestion communicated to the artist.
We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the painting in spite of unlimited revisions, you can ask for a 100% refund by simply writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
f you do not like the painting after it reached you, you can escalate a return in exchange for a 100% refund policy within 15 days of receiving the product. Read our detailed Return Policy.
It takes 4-5 business days for us to initiate and credit the refund. If you do not receive the refund within 4-5 days, feel free to write to us.
